I’M KILLY

Welcome. If you found your way here, you’re probably already one of us — or you’re about to be.

My name is Killy Killette. I’m a musician out of West Virginia — equal parts campfire and chaos. I sing two different songs: wholesome and heavy, raw and earthshaking. Somewhere between Tyler Childers and The Acacia Strain, I’m at home in both and unapologetic about either. Devil’s Shine. How I Know. There I Went. Weathered. That’s where I live right now. Still recording, still building, not rushing anything that isn’t ready. What goes out into the world carries weight, and I want it to mean something when it lands.

This site isn’t a dot-com landing page. It’s a gathering place — a community called Trouble & Co. I’m Trouble, you’re Company, and together we’re something worth paying attention to.

That community exists because I believe the road to making something real shouldn’t cost more than the time, effort, and passion you’re willing to put into it. Not in your music, not in your art, not in anything you’re building from scratch. The tools that help you get there shouldn’t be locked behind a paywall either — which is why the Killette List lives here: 456 free-forever resources for musicians, producers, and creators trying to do the work without the gatekeepers.

Try to be the change you want to see in the world. I’m still working on it. You’re welcome to work on it here with me.

Come in. Stay a while. Trouble never hurt anyone worth knowing.

Killy Killette is an incredibly talented musician whose passion for original songwriting truly stands out. In a world full of covers and recycled sounds, his ability to create fresh, meaningful music is refreshing and impressive. Each song feels authentic, with lyrics that connect on a personal level and melodies that stay with you long after listening. You can tell he pours real thought and experience into his work, which makes his music feel genuine and relatable. If you’re looking for an artist who values creativity and originality, Killy Killette is definitely someone to keep on your radar. I’m excited to see where his talent takes him next.

Killy Killette is the rare artist who balances the aggressive, high-gain energy of hard rock and shreddy metal with the smoke-filled intimacy of bluesy acoustic. He’s a dual-threat performer with a sound and personality that is personable enough for a late-night bar, but massive enough for a large arena! This guy is the business!! The vibes are vibing… When the distortion kicks in, Killy delivers riffs that are thick, punishing, and undeniably metal. Even at his loudest, there is a soulful, melodic "dirt" to his playing that roots the music in the blues. His acoustic originals aren’t "quiet versions" of his metal tracks; they are master pieces in storytelling and atmosphere. The real magic is in the transition. Killy has the unique ability to command a crowd through a blistering metal anthem and then immediately hold them in total silence with nothing but a guitar and a haunting vocal. Whether he’s shredding through a wall of sound or picking out a bluesy melody, Killy Killette is a captivating force of nature. I appreciate the unique experience he brings to the table. This dude is righteous, and I would love to see him on the big stage real soon!!
